As I write this post, it is nearing the end of the year. I know (after 20+ years of experience as a fitness, nutrition and coaching expert) that in a few weeks, the vast majority of people in the world will want to lose fat, lose weight and get in shape.
Are you referring your clients to the local nutrition store? If so, what the hell are you thinking? Seriously…. Why would you do that? You should be your client’s trusted adviser for their nutritional supplements. If you say, “I don’t yet have the skills or resources to do that” – it’s time you learned what I do.
