Fees
Keynote general session up to 90 minutes, or three to six hours of programming:

All fees include: research, preparation, design and customization of a audio/visual presentation. Also, a handout will be provided for reproduction and distribution at the program and/or posting on the organization's intranet.

Expenses           
Fees are quoted excluding travel expenses. These include round-trip air fare, lodging, meals and ground transportation. Air fare is always prorated when the itinerary involves multiple clients. Full coach air far.

Multiple Dates
Additional days are reduced 50% when presented at the same event.  
Additional engagements with the same client will be reduced 25% when booked at the same time as the first.  

Deposits
The deposit is 50% of agreed fee as required upon confirmation of the booking. In the event of program cancellation, John will re-book the program on a mutually convenient date without penalty. If program is canceled by client, not rescheduled, deposit is considered full settlement.  

Audio and Video Recording  
Any non-profit distribution of the program within your organization is permitted, given a master copy of such recording is supplied to and approved by the speaker. Profit seeking distribution of any magnitude requires a separate written royalty agreement. $0.50 per audio CDs and $2.50 per video tape (DVD) are industry standards.
