In my new coaching group on Facebook, many of the members want help getting more clients. So, I’ve decided to help everyone with this universal challenge. You will be pleasantly surprised to learn it’s much easier than you may be thinking right now.Okay, maybe a zillion billion is a bit of an exaggeration – maybe! However, I do believe you can easily grow your client base by 30% in the next 60 days by following these simple steps.
Here are your step:
1. Keep more of your current clients. If fewer leave, and you get more new clients, you have more total clients. I love simple math. How do you do this? ADD VALUE. Exceed there expectations. Show you care. Create a culture they won’t leave. Make it like family. Show love. Use their name each time you see them. Do individual call outs on social media and tag them, instead of a group photo saying high to everyone collectively. Make them feel special. Build a tribe. Make it fun. Be a thoughtful leader.
2. Use video ads on Facebook. Yes, VIDEO. This is imperative to your success. You can boost a post on your fan page, but I’m talking about getting into the ad manager and making an ad campaign which targets the right people in your community who are the best prospects for your services. Keep the video between 30 – 90 seconds. Have some type of action IMMEDIATELY so people pause and watch. Show and tell something unique and ADD VALUE. Do your CTA (call to action) such as “sign up” “learn more” “register” “download” etc. Use a verbal and text CTA. You only need to spend about $1-2 per day to effectively reach 30k-100k people in your community. Let the ad run. Review your stats. Adjust and try an additional video. You can have 3 – 4 running at the same time if you like. They will sign up. NOTE: I’ll have a very detailed training program coming out soon, which goes over this in great detail. We also discuss this type of thing in my Facebook group.
3. Use Instagram and hashtags relative to your community, city, county, etc. I suggest the following apps to really make your posts more effective. http://www.canva.com – This is how you can easily and inexpensively make killer social media graphics for posts, headers, video bumpers (intros and outros), and much more. I also like the app Tags for Likes to do hashtag research and bundling. Get the pro version for a buck or two. The app OVER is cool, too. It lets you write text of your images you post on Instagram and other social platforms. There are others, but these are must haves. Instagram users tend to be younger than Facebook, so keep that in mind. You can also run 30 second video ads in Instagram. It’s all managed through your Facebook ad manager. It’s awesome!
4. ASK. Yes, it’s this simple. Ask for referrals. From the moment someone signs up for your training or coaching services, condition them to always be thinking about referring friends and family. You do this simply by letting them know how much you value referrals and how much they are appreciated for referring. It’s nothing tricky or anything else. Just let them know from the first day that referrals are how your grow and are always greatly appreciated. Some coaches or trainers offer Starbucks cards, movie tickets, discounts on monthly fees, and other incentives for referrals. That part is up to you. Don’t give away too much, or your profits go ways. Think it through, and find out what people want and need.
