Dr. Jeff Spencer is an Olympic athlete, 8-time Tour de France winning team doctor and has been directly involved in over 40-plus Olympic, World, National, and Tour de France Championships.
He knows and teaches what it takes to get to the top and stay there. There is a method to it – and it is called, The Champion’s Blueprint.
I (JSE) have to say that this was one of my all time favorite expert interviews. Dr. Jeff Spencer “gets it”. He’s an accomplished athlete, a medical professional and an expert in sport psychology and peak performance. He knows how it all fits together. His list of skills and accomplishments is lengthy. I think what is most noteworthy is his system of re-creating success at the highest level.
In this video training interview, you will learn the following:
– How to develop a peak state for high levels of achievement
– How champions think
– How to move past a loss or disappointment
– How your “primitive brain” may be holding you back from the highest levels of success in sport and life
– How to “let go” and allow your body to do the work you’ve programmed it to do
– Much, much, more!

When I was training for my Black Belt in karate, Fumio Demura, my instructor, said to me, “When you Spar, you think too much.” Another time he said, “You train and train and train, and still have no technique.” I almost quit but didn’t. I earned my Black Belt.

This is one of your best interviews yet! Dr. Jeff makes so much sense, though it is counter-intuitive to average, untrained instinct. The two most striking ideas for me were: “match your biology with the right medium” and his explanation of the average person over-training due to insecurity is absolutely brilliant. I see it time and time again (and used to do it myself). Thank you JSE!
