We all have gaps in our business that need to be filled. If you have gaps in your business, you will not reach highest levels of success. That’s just the way it is!
ONLY THE TOP 10% of EXPERTS FILL IN THESE GAPS and MAKE THEIR BUSINESS ROCK!
These gaps can be in business processes, blogging, sales funnels, client retention, marketing, education, employee policies, SEO (being found on google), and a host of other pitfalls that hold you back.
I want to share the following strategies and tactics to make ensure your business is seamless and fun. They are in no particular order, and are all equally important.
1. Make your blog a star.
Use your personality. Cater to your niche. Be ok with some controversial topics. And, this is really important…. Practical content is more viral as compared to silly or non-important posts. You can periodically add in “less relevant” content, but the vast majority of your blog needs to be filled with practical, helpful, specific information that solves the problems of your readers and clients. People like posts which are lists, to-dos, to-avoids, and reviews. Keep this in mind when creating your content.
2. Use info graphics.
These are the images that show processes, flows, steps to follow, chronology, etc. They can be used for sales, training, blogs, email newsletters, online videos, Powerpoints, etc. Infographics are fun, increase sales conversion, and make it easier for you to convey your message quickly.

3. Stay on top of Facebook news feeds.
Have you noticed that some news feeds are always at the top and others fall of quickly? There is a specific reason for this.
Facebook uses what is called Edge Rank to determines rank of a news feed.
These are the factors used to determine Edge Rank:
A. Affinity Score: How often you have interacted with someone
?
The more you communicate with a “friend” the more likely your news with show up in their news feed.
So, stay connected.
B. Weight: This is based on likes, comments and shares
.
The more likes, comments and shares you have, the greater the weight and the better for getting to the top of the news feeds.
C. Time Decay: How old is the content? The older the post, the more likely it is to drop off feeds.
This is why you need to post frequently.
Move from professional to expert to authority.
If you are a certified coach or trainer, you are a professional. If you are certified or degreed with experience, you are an expert. An authority is someone who the experts look to for guidance. Authority is earned over time through training, education, experience, brand building and helping as many people as possible.
THESE STRATEGIES ARE VERY IMPORTANT:
Clarity of Vision: You cannot move in any one direction if you are looking in two different directions. Know exactly what you want. Sharpen the image and let go of anything else that confuses or frustrates you.
Why are you in business beyond profits? What is your higher purpose? What inspires you? What is your “WHY”? If you do not know this answer, seek it out. It’s imperative to your success.
