Digital Downloads and Online Learning Program Terms

Please review our refund policy carefully. Upon ordering, creating an account and by logging in to any online learning system or accessing and/or downloading any digital product(s) the user has read and agreed to the policies as listed on this page. The following programs, services, membership subscriptions and fees are all non-refundable. No trial periods, no refunds.

IMPACT Method Program Agreement and Terms

The Client Grabber Membership Agreement and Terms

Membership can be canceled at any-time.  We must receive cancellation notices 48 hours prior to processing the next monthly fee. We will not accept verbal cancellations. Cancellations MUST be received in writing, no exceptions. To cancel your membership, please email cs@nestacertified.com. 90-day money back guarantee offer is valid when you do the following to verify you gave the correct/full effort to make The Client Grabber work. Submit screen shots (screen images) of your Client Grabber ads on Craigslist, BackPage, Kijiji. Fitness Fortunes Membership Agreement and Terms

Membership can be canceled at any-time. All monthly fees, including the initial fee paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable. We must receive cancellation notices 48 hours prior to processing the next monthly fee. We will not accept verbal cancellations. Cancellations MUST be received in writing, no exceptions, and email cs@fitnessfortunes.com.

Fitness Fortunes Live Event Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation within 5 days of the event will result in a 20% cancellation fee. No exceptions. You may withdrawal from the program after attending the first full day (Saturday), and receive a 100% refund on your admission fee. If you decide to withdraw and get a refund, you cannot attend the event on Sunday. No refunds after Saturday. No refunds can be given due to “acts of God”, extreme weather, delayed or canceled flights, or personal scheduling conflicts. We have the right to refuse service/access to anyone.

Life Strategies Coach Live Training Programs

Any cancellation within 5 days of the event will result in a 20% cancellation fee. No exceptions. You may withdrawal from the program after the first day and receive a 50% refund. No refunds after the first day. Live training workshops may require additional projects or testing to earn your certification.

Payment Methods

All courses must be prepaid in full.  No personal checks, C.O.D’s or purchase orders are accepted. We do accept money orders and bank checks. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Debit Cards, Discover, American Express & Company Checks. JSE may offer payment plans on specific programs (please refer the program or service for details) and will not be issued an exam login or certificate until payment in full is received.

Ordering

You may order secure online 24 hours a day! You will receive all the material and benefits shown for that program when you place your order. Program access will be emailed after check has cleared. Credit card orders will be processed immediately. Any fraudulent use of a credit card is punishable to the fullest extent of the law.

Discounts or Sale Pricing Offers

Offers given after a program has been purchased will not be adjusted. Pricing is “as listed” at the time of purchase. No credits or adjustments will be issued after a program is purchased.

Exchanges or Transfers

There are no exchanges or transfers.

Administration Fees

If a student requires additional documentation from JSE (copy of certification, verification of certification, transcripts etc.) the student will be responsible to pay $25 for additional assistance outside of the normal customer support assistance.

Discontinued Programs

JSE cannot replace programs that are no longer in production or have been discontinued.  The certificate will continued to be honored by cannot be replaced if the certificate is lost or stolen.

Lost or Stolen Digital Files

JSE is not responsible or required by law to replace any lost or stolen digital files.

Privacy Policy

JSE will not discuss a student’s account with anyone other than the student, unless the student provides permission in writing. Limited student information (verifying membership or graduate) information can be released to an employer unless the student has requested to seal their records.

JSE will NOT release the following information to anyone other than the student:

* Student contact information (email, address, phone number, etc.)

* Exam scores

* Payment information

* Student history

Students can opt-out of our verification program and keep their records sealed at anytime. Please contact our customer service department for more information.

Periodically, we will distribute an email or direct mail to let you know about local workshops, new programs, and special announcements.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall JSE be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of the information provided in our business development programs, educational products, or consulting services.
