If this is your first New Year as a fitness pro, you are in for a big thrill.
If you are a seasoned expert, you know what I’m talking about.
Every New Year is the same. We get SLAMMED with new business, and a lot of new clients wanting desperately to drop the weight they put on over the holiday season.
As trainers and coaches, we always encourage our clients to eat whole foods (organic is even better), reduce processed foods, reduce alcohol intake, get 8+ hours of sleep, etc, etc. Of course, there are some variations of this. NOW – THE TRUTH! Most of our clients only eat well 50 – 60% of the time (I’m keeping it real here). I’d say less than 50% of them sleep 8 hours each night. A LOT of them have a drink on most nights, and have a couple more on the weekends (yes, there are exceptions, but they are lying to you if they say they are not drinking at all (most often, they are lying). REMEMBER….. We’re keeping it real here. What we as experts know is best, and what many of our clients do, are two different things. Sometimes you need to give them convenient options so they can more easily improve their health and performance. This article shares with you what I do and how it’s worked for me so far. I think you’ll find it interesting.
YOU must take full advantage of this time to help as many people as possible while increasing your weekly revenue.
But how?
We all know that nutrition is a major factor in achieving the rapid results people want after the holidays. And, let’s be real, NEARLY ALL of your clients are going to use some type of dietary supplement.
Be honest for a moment…. I bet you have at least 5 bottles, jars, cans or tubs of vitamins, sports supplements, pre-workout formula or protein in your home right now. I’m right, huh? That’s because ESSENTIALLY EVERYONE USES THESE PRODUCTS.
Why would you ever send your clients to the nutrition store down the street to buy these products when you can keep their business and loyalty AND earn a lot of extra weekly income in the process? It’s kind of crazy when you think about it like that, right? I have a solution for you.
When I talk about this to fitness trainers, there are usually 3 questions that come up. Here they are with the correct answer.
1. As a fitness pro, can I offer supplements to my clients? ANSWER: YES! If an unqualified person at the corner nutrition store can sell healthy supplements, you (an educated fitness pro) can offer them to your clients. People have often thought about this incorrectly for years. 100% YES YOU CAN (and should).
2. Are the products safe and effective? ANSWER: 100% YES. I would never recommend products (nor should you) which are not safe or effective. As an example, the nutrition business system I’m referring to has a formula, which is so profound, the co-developer won a NOBEL PRIZE for his work related to the formula. That goes a long way with me.
3. Is the company solid, and I can make the $ you are suggesting? ANSWER: YES. The company won five bronze medals in the American Business AwardsSM. It was also named in the Inc. 5000 for the 7th straight year as one of America’s fastest growing private companies.
So, as you can now see, you have everything you need, including endless support from the company and me personally.
To recap….
a) Your clients already use supplements, so why not offer them yourself. Keep, the loyalty and the commissions.
b) You can now work with a reputable company.
c) If you are not offering nutritional products to your clients, you are missing out on A LOT of extra weekly income.
d) You can offer your products to your in-person clients and online clients. You NEVER have to keep inventory (Awesome, right?). Your clients simply order from your link, and every Monday you get money dropped in your account.
I’m sure you are beyond curious at this point.

PS: You’re likely wondering if I use these products and offer them to my clients and customers. The answer is yes. With my first commissions, I bought a new 60″ TV. Later, I used my commissions to pay for a 2-week vacation. Last year, I was able to use my commissions to pay for my new high-rise condo on the Las Vegas Strip. Yes, using ONLY my commissions, and not any income from other sources. So, I personally know this is possible. Of course, you need to get started and apply yourself.
PPS – When you get started now, you can be the proof of the products effectiveness, and get everything in place to rock in in January.
