Have you wondered how some entrepreneurs seem to dramatically (and quickly) elevate their revenue, influence, opportunities and SUCCESS?
When you break it down, it’s not a mystery.
It’s very strategic.
Here’s how you can do the same thing.
First, they very clearly define their niche and target avatar. Their message only goes to those who want to read/see/hear it.
If your message is very general, you cannot dive deep into your topic. You always have to skim the surface in an attempt to appeal to everyone. That’s not how you become prolific and grow. It also makes it tougher to bond with your audience.
Also, entrepreneurs who experience exponential growth have a clear brand and brand message.
If your brand is confusing, you will never reach your potential. REMEMBER, your brand is not your logo or your 3-5 word tag line. That can be part of it, but I’d say less than 5%. It’s who you are as a person, how others perceive you, how you fit into your industry, the stages you speak on, the company you keep, and how others define you WITHOUT your input. It goes on, but these are big components.
My new brand has recently been launched. I’ll be doing some training for you soon with my branding team. Going through a re-branding process was very enlightening and it instantly improved my business. You must have a strong and clear brand message.
To be a bigger player in your space, you must also be prolific on social media.
I’ve asked people if they are active on social media…. and they say yes! When I ask specifics, they say they do 1 blog post a month, do nothing on LinkedIn, have a business/fan page on FB but never post, and believe Instagram doesn’t bring in business.
So….. this is a problem.
It’s like going to the gym, doing a crappy workout every 9 days, and then wondering why your butt still looks bad.
Also, to dramatically scale your business, you must be a constant learner. How many books on business, marketing, sales or communication have you read this year, month, or even this week? Set down the trash magazines and go pro. Get serious.
Leaders are learners.

To escalate your business, you must also let go of anything/anyone who holds you back, holds you down, doesn’t support you or will never see your vision. This is what the top 2% of the people of your niche do….. you do the same.
Focus on the little things – while focusing on the big picture.
What do I mean?
You always need to plan long-term and think in terms of years, 5-year chunks and decades. However, you also MUST focus on the little things that matter, too.
What are the small things?
A clean car. Have you ever thought about doing business with someone and then saw their car was an absolute mess? It makes me wonder about their house, office and ability to focus and be concise. Little things such as document formatting, color schemes, typos (I’m getting better, but far from perfect), your clothes, and every word you speak in public. It all matters – the macro and the micro.
Those who accelerate quickly with great success have the ability to reduce distractions and focus (and re-focus when needed) on the big picture.
Focus is never absolute or 100% all the time. It just doesn’t work that way. However, it’s essential, and you must return to peak focus as soon as possible after getting distracted. Peak performers have gained the ability to manage distraction, deepen focus and get more quality work done in less time through “flow state” training. I’ll have more training soon on flow state…. fascinating stuff!
Entrepreneurs who dramatically accelerate their success also don’t let others get in the way of their dreams, visions or aspirations.
I need to be clear here…. you must take advice and seek coaching from QUALIFIED people who can give effective feedback.
However, your cousin Vinny might be really cool. But, if he’s a broke short-order cook at Denny’s, DO NOT take any of his financial or personal success advice.
