How do I begin the training?
Once you register, you will be directed to create your private account (username and password). You may begin your training immediately after registering, or log in to your private account later to begin. You have lifetime access to your training materials.
What about training equipment?
80% of the training can be done without any equipment. For the remainder, some simple and very affordable training gear is used. Prices range from $9 – $50 depending what you get. Once you access your training, you will be given extensive details on equipment options and direct resources to have it sent to you. It’s simple, very affordable and fast. You likely already have some of the simple tools we use.
How much of the training is solo, and how much requires a training partner?
About 75% of the training can be done alone. Even the “partner drills” can be practices solo. It’s about training your body to learn movement patterns. In some cases, having multiple training partners add depth to your training and provides different challenged based on each person’s height, weight, experience and strength.
Learning Format: Online video training, which is accessed through an online secure website. Internet access is required. Videos can be played on iPhone, iPad, and Android mobile devices.
